Russian Events Conference

Russia has without doubt become one of the most important countries in the world for major events. Over the next five years several world class sporting events will be hosted in the country, including the Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014, the Confederations Cup in 2017 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup - each one of these representing a host of opportunities for UK companies.

Major Events International ( MEI ), a partner organisation of Varega, is organizing a conference for those targeting business in Russia, with a special focus on the above events.The conference will be held at the Trade Delegation of the Russian Federation in the UK on 19^th November.

MEI will be supported by presentations from speakers who have operational knowledge of the major events sector, as well as companies who are trading with Russia. Varega will contribute to the conference by introducing a UK manufacturer specialised in equipment for multi-purpose venues, and who already has a long standing experience of the Russian market.
