Pan European Distribution Managed by PRM
Varega is currently implementing a plan to transfer the management of Sandler Seating’s distribution network to Channeltivity Partnership Relationship Management (PRM).
With a growing network and an ever increasing number of sales leads to manage, both sales executives and marketing staff now enjoy the benefits of working with a fully integrated solution.
Furthermore Sandler, an English manufacturer of portable seating solutions, whose brand is globally recognised in its sector, is seeking to expand its reseller into several countries, starting with Kazakhstan in 2014. Accordingly, full use will be made of the recruiting modules that enables users to follow up the different stages the process.
"An enormous amount of time will be saved by automation of tasks. Also, we think that we will be able to follow-up individual leads in a more timely and accurate manner, and we should improve our overall performance as well. There are no plans at this stage to give access to the portal to distributors, however that will certainly be something that we will consider for the future. Our systems previously were a mix of Access, Excel and some functions of Outlook ( e.g. Tasks ). These were alright, but weren’t always easy to use and also everyone was using their own system - and we were always worried about loosing valuable data.” stated Nicholas Corfe who looks after Sandler's sale to Sweden and Belgium.
The migration from the legacy systems, which is entirely covered by Varega, has been very easy so far. There is no code to be written and the solution can be readily configured to the company’ s own needs, including a detailed score card to evaluate distributors.
Eventually distributors will be automatically prompted with the latest progress on sales opportunities.
With less time spent on administrative tasks and reviews, more time will be dedicated to developing new territories and sales with existing distributors, leading to a positive outcome for all concerned.
