Channeltivity PRM New Release

In its latest December release, Channeltivity has announced further important updates to its software.

Firstly, the integration of its Salesforceprogramme:

An internal management interface has been developed and a new function to map custom fields has been added. Thanks to these, it is now possible to map Salesforce to Channeltivity fields and vice-versa.

Second, the maintenance infrastructure, which handles the scheduling and executing of background tasks in the solution, has been further improved. Thesefunctionstypically include the automation of sending email reminders, performing portal backupsand deploying new customer instances.

Other important updates included in the release are as follows:

§  Custom page descriptions for the “Become a Partner” form

§  Ability to include partner profile fields on “Become a Partner” form

§  Incoming Single Sign-On: Smart invalid session handling (details)

§  Custom Fields: Ability to make checkboxes required

§  Business Plan: Specify whether business plan comments & attachments are visible to partners.

§  The Data API now supports creating partner recruits, which means you can create your own “Become a Partner” form anywhere.

§  Custom Field Editor: Specify the sort order of data in nested tables & add fields to sections directly

§  Export or print data from custom nested tables.
