Partner Relationship Management comes to Europe

In a further expansion of Varega’s core European business development capabilities, we are delighted to announce the launch of a new service in the fast growing and innovative field of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software.

PRM is an extension of the more familiar CRM, encompassing a wide range of commercial data across Resellers, Distributors, Converters, VAR’s, OEM’s and other types of distribution partners.  While companies may already deal through intermediaries in their domestic markets, the likelihood of doing so in export markets is generally much greater, where a local presence ‘on the ground’ is felt to be a necessary part of doing business.

Varega has recently concluded agreements with Requisite and Channeltivity, two leading USA specialists in the field, whose sophisticated software is designed to meet the needs of both SME’s and larger corporations.

With its high level of functionality and opportunity to improve business efficiencies, we feel PRM is ideally suited to multinationals, established exporters or other businesses with multi-partner overseas operations – as well as being a valuable addition to Varega’s European portfolio of services.
